Yes, you can practice yoga during menstruation, but with some modifications. The classes are designed to support women’s health, including menstrual well-being. During menstruation, you are encouraged to:
Focus on gentle, restorative poses to alleviate cramps and fatigue
Avoid inversions (like shoulder stands or headstands) and intense core work
To ensure your comfort, we will provide you with a link to a gentler pre-recorded class or recommend a YouTube video that you can follow on your menstrual days for a more suitable practice.
Our instructor will also guide you on adapting the practice during your cycle, ensuring safety and comfort throughout.
If you experience severe discomfort or unusual symptoms during menstruation, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before participating.
