Refund Policy for Tattvasara

Thank you for choosing Shruti Karn Tattvasara! We are committed to providing you with a transformative and enriching yoga experience. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our refund policy before making a purchase.

1. No Refund After Class Commencement

Once you have enrolled in a yoga class and the class has started, no refund will be issued. We encourage you to review the schedule and make sure the program suits your needs before committing.

2. Cancellation Within 7 Days BEFORE CLASS COMMENCEMENT

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your participation in the program, you are eligible for a full refund only if the cancellation request is made within 2 days from the date of your first class. After this 2-day period, no refund will be provided. Refunds will be processed within a minimum of 7 business days and a maximum of 14 business days from the date of approval of the refund request. 

3. Missed Classes

Please note that no refunds or credits will be given for any classes that you miss. We recommend that you attend all classes within your purchased package to maximize your experience.

4. Cancelled Classes by Tattvasara

In the rare event that a class is canceled by Tattvasara (due to teacher unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances), we will either:

• Reschedule the class and add it to a future date, or

• Refund the price of the class, if rescheduling is not possible.

We will notify you of any cancellations in advance and provide options to reschedule or refund.

5. Administrative Fee

In the interest of fairness and to cover the costs associated with processing refunds, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee helps to cover expenses incurred by our team in processing your refund, including payment processing fees and administrative tasks.

For example, if you purchased a product for ₹1000 and requested a refund, you would receive a refund of ₹900 (₹1000 - 10%).

6. No Subscription Model

Our service operates on a monthly payment basis, and you are not required to subscribe. You will need to make a new payment at the start of each new month if you wish to continue joining classes. We do not offer subscriptions, and payments are non-transferable between months.
